Reservation Confirmation

Please fill out the required information in the reservation form on the TOP page to complete your booking.

Receiving Confirmation Email

After the host confirms your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.

Submit the Guest information List

Please access the URL provided in the confirmation email and submit the "Guest information List."

STEP

Call the Host via Intercom Upon Arrival

The host will be waiting at the property based on the "estimated arrival time" you provided in the guest list.

Key Handover After Identity Verification

After verifying your identity and providing a tour of the property, we will hand over two key cards.

Check-IN/Check-OUT Time

・Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to check in outside of these hours, please contact us in advance.
・Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM. At 10:00 AM, the cleaning staff will arrive at the property.

House Rules

Please adhere to the following house rules during your stay. Kindly review them before making your reservation.

  • If the number of guests at check-in does not match the number of people in the reservation, an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person per night will apply.
  • Please do not allow anyone who is not a registered guest to enter the room.
  • Be mindful of noise from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
  • If any items in the room are damaged or lost, you will be charged for the appropriate repair or replacement costs.
  • Please do not leave valuables in the room. The host is not responsible for any losses.
  • Keep the key cards in your possession. If lost, a replacement fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
  • Dispose of garbage in the designated areas and sort it properly. Disposal of large items is prohibited. If this occurs, you will be charged for disposal costs.
  • If you wish to change your check-out time or date, please consult with the staff in advance.
  • Remember to turn off the gas and electricity after use. Lock the doors when leaving the property or during the night.
  • Any illegal activities, smoking, gambling, drugs, or mahjong inside the room are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not answer the intercom. If the host needs to visit, prior notice will be given.
